Now it's time to introduce respectable people who form ECV'10 evaluation commission. They will be in charge of assessing case studies of teams. So here they are: Gedimino Savickio (ELTA) nuotrauka Ingrida Šimonytė Ingrida Šimonytė took a position of Lithuanian Minister of Finance from July 2009, after more than twelve years of progressive carrier within the Ministry of Finance. She started as Chief Economist of Tax Division, was Head of Indirect Taxation, later - Director of Tax Department and since 2004 she was Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, in charge of fiscal policy, taxation and financial accountability. Artūras has over 11 years of experience in advisory services in Ernst & Young. Arturas’ fields of expertise include strategy and organisational development, optimisation of business processes and functions, project management, e-service development and implementation and selection/implementation of management information systems. 
Mantas Litvinas Mantas in Ernst&Young mostly specializes in cost accounting systems implementation, review and development, business and investment projects preparation and evaluation, business strategy articulation and management of voluntary non-profit organizations.
