Entrepreneurship Competition Vilnius is an annual prestigious business contest, where best students of only Economics and Management compete in diverse tasks. Its tasks put participants' theoretical knowledge, logical way of thinking, reaction and teamwork to the test in simulated business environment. What is it?

This year Entrepreneurship Competition Vilnius (ECV) is held for the 7th time by EFSA . Started as a contest among best Lithuanian students, now it is regarded as an international event, where teams from the whole Europe are welcome. Consequently, each year this competition gains lots of positive feedback from both participants and sponsors.

So, what‘s in it for me?

First of all, ECV delivers a lot of substantial experience. You are able to get acquainted with many talented people, who may become your partners in the future. Moreover, ECV contains a great source of innovative and practicable ideas. Well, it is not the end! In fact, young people always lack practice at universities, and ECV, based on real or close-to-real business settings, make up for it. Additionally, the contest provides a chance of demonstrating your knowledge and improving leadership abilities. Last, but not least, the event is a showcase to your desired career, as many employers follow your performance. Still not sure?

How does it work?

Firstly, you must gather a team of four members in all. The next step is filling in the registration form, which must be submitted from the 30th of November to the 24th of January, 12:00 noon GMT+2. Then all registered teams are asked to produce an analysis of the case study (the topic will be sent by email on the 25th of January). The deadline of this step is set to be the 5th of February, 5:00 P.M. GTM+2. On the ground of case study results 12 teams are selected to come to Vilnius, where the main part of ECV is opened on the 4th of March. The contest comprises of four amazing days made up of a simulation game, a case study and free/active time. The competition ends on the 6th of March.
